Procedures- The authorization for your child to leave with a classmate to a party, lunch, etc. must be written, for all levels without exception.
- You may print the permit forms or you may use any piece of paper and include:
the date,
name of student,
grade,
name and grade of the friend or car pool he (she) will leave in,
your name and signature. - In an emergency call the secretary of the child’s level to inform the school.
- If your child does not have a written permission, the school will not allow him (her) to leave. The parent must pick him (her) up. If the student travels by bus everyday, he (she) will leave in the bus at the assigned hour.
- The authorization by phone must be made before 10:00 a.m. so as not to interrupt classes.
- If your child is absent because of sickness, please call the school before 10:00 a.m.
- If you want to know his homework or classwork, please call the level’s secretary. You will be able to pick it up after 1:30 p.m. and before 2:30 p.m.
- During the days when tests are issued, please report the child’s absence before 10:00 a.m. and send a doctor’s report to justify his (her) absence. The test (tests) the child missed will be given to him (her) after the normal period of exams.
- Please report dates with consulate, doctor, laboratory with anticipation, without exception.
- If you need a certification of studies or comfirnation of student status, please ask for it three days in advance. (no exceptions)
